What to include
Send the law firm page URL, the detail you believe is wrong, the proposed correction and a reliable public source or document supporting the change. Do not send client files, identity documents or confidential matter details. We may ask a law firm representative to verify their authority through an official domain or another appropriate method.
How requests are reviewed
We compare the request with the existing information and available evidence. Where identity is uncertain, contact links may remain withheld while the information is reviewed. We do not substitute details from a similarly named firm without evidence connecting it to the law firm page.
Removal and closure reports
A temporarily unreachable website is not, by itself, proof that a practice has closed. Closure and removal requests should identify a reliable source. Historical or redirected information may be retained in a non-indexed form where that helps prevent mistaken identity.
